- The candidate will be working on development of a industrial product line in India. He will lead a small team of exceptionally talented new product development engineers to advance the state of the art technologies and launch new products to achieve industry changing levels of performance and product reliability. The candidate needs to be a technocrat with ability to understand in depth a wide variety of technology, physics and products.

- He will perform various tasks in an engineering department to ensure smooth execution of NPD projects with release of successful new technologies into the market. He needs to have ability to understand mechanical engineering concepts deeply with experience or ability to deeply understand fluid systems, mechanisms, dynamics, electro-mechanical, vibration, free body diagrams, stress analysis, electricals, sensors etc.

- He will be working hands on setting product specification, developing concepts, developing detailed engineering, materials selection, GD&T, tolerance stacks, engineering calculations, creating test prototypes, developing manufacturing parts, product testing and helping with product launch. He will also work with all key departments involved in NPD including project manager, marketing, sales/BU, suppliers and customers.

- The candidate will use engineering techniques, analysis and procedures during development of products in a scientific and logical way.

- Good communicator of written and verbal both. Capable of doing engineering analysis and drive for result capability. Highly ethical & able to work in cross functional teams. Collaborative working style across team.

- Experience of 10 Years or more (Will consider 7+ years for talented individuals) . Exposure to new product development with hands on product build and testing experience .
