Job Description - Looking to hire a experienced senior engineer for a well funded Singapore based start-up. The role offers full time remote work. Chance to build and head the India tech team in addition to building the initial foundation for the platform to be used by the initial customers.

Our client is a Singapore based start-up backed by Tier 1 investors like Sequoia. Though headquartered in Singapore, their team is distributed. They are working toward enabling companies to manage their globally distributed teams via their platform which takes responsibility for compliance/payroll/payments in foreign markets.

Description

- Leading complete tech for India

- Built and scaling the India technology team

- Leading the product from inception to launch

- Work on Architecting, building, testing, and releasing product-facing features

Profile

- B. Tech from any of the IIT's would be highly preferred

- 10+ years of software development experience

- Experienced full stack developer, should be heavy on the back end

- Strong hands on development experience.Currently hands on

- Strong system design and architecture experience

- Tech stack: Java (pref.), Micro services, AWS/GCP, React.js (Pref). Open to Golang, ROR, Node.js, PHP, Python as well based on different use cases

- Experienced in building engineering teams would be good to have

- Experience working with a B2B SAAS companies would be good to have
