They are currently looking for an engineering head based out of Bangalore. Job Description : Reporting into the CTO and managing a team of 4-5 technical project leads, he/she will be responsible for: - Generating new concepts and reviewing the concepts for feasibility - Understanding Customer requirements for Feasibility Check, and finalizing SOW, Timeline, Resource Planning and allocating multiple projects - Leading a team of 5 to 6 Technical leads for the product development, by managing mechanical, electronic &amp; design team to build the product and see through the life of the product from a technical standpoint of view - Driving the product team with proper project planning and documentation by using his/her technical expertise in order to drive the team to deliver - Understanding, researching and following technology trends in the industry and following competitors and conducting capability analysis regularly - Coordinating with Design, the Mechanical and Electronic lead and product development team - Defining success criteria for product development and product testing acceptance Ideally, you are a full-time Mechanical engineer with 8+ years of work experience in design engineering in the electro-mechanical devices such as food processing machines, Special purpose machines, Robotics and Automation. You should possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills. You should be comfortable to work in a start-up culture. You should have an excellent track record in your earlier professional stint and should be ready for the next challenging assignment.
