Responsibilities for Engineering Manager

- Assign tasks to engineers

- Gauge progress of various projects

- Communicate effectively with customers

- Collaborate with the sales team to create new products

- Propose budgets for various projects

- Create reports to give updates on projects

- Train new employees

Qualifications for Engineering Manager :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering

- MBA or Master's in engineering preferred

- Great analytical and math skills

- Incredible problem-solving abilities

- Ability to collaborate with many other teams from different cultures and timezones

- Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product

- Interpersonal skills to manage a team of engineers

- Ability to give constructive criticism

- Ability to make decisions quickly

Relevant Experience for Engineering Manager :

- More than 8 years in a similar function

- Proven hands-on experience in Analytics (ML and AI experience will be valued)

- Certified Cloud Architect preferred

- Certified in Agile Scrum Master and Product Owner

- Experience in enterprise-grade Tier 1 projects
