- To lead the engineering function (new product, technology and process development & improvements).Timely and cost effective product development and technology upgradation

- New product costing

- Prototype/ sample development as per APQP process

- Process development and productionisation

- Equipments procurement/ upgradation

- Responsible for Overall management of Tool Room functions besides establishing & maintenance of World class Tooling Management practices

- People Management and Development to build strong team
