- 20+ years of total IT experience out of which minimum 5 years in Service Management and Technology Management tools. - Good knowledge of Service Management disciplines, based on ITIL model - Good knowledge of DevOps/Agile principles. - Exposure to Data Strategy & API. - Responsible for managing IT Service infrastructure data in conjunction with IT Service Owners. - Infrastructure data quality. - Management of core Service Management tooling, processes and reporting in conjunction with Change, Incident and Problem teams. - Bridge the gap between process owners and the engineering team. - Providing managed environments for strategic partners to store data and build & deploy applications.
