Role Description:
It's a Leadership Role
It is someone who is responsible for Translating high level business requirements into technical functional requirements, which includes Technical Direction, System and Product development, System Engineering, People Management, System Integration, business capacity building and organizational building & structuring.
Key Responsibility Area:
- Responsible for I.T interface, Networking and Infrastructure.
- Work closely with peers and Product Managers to develop the best technical design and approach for new Product Development.
- Evaluating and comparing alternate technologies and solutions.
- Resolving complex technical issues and handle multiple interfaces.
- Technical Effort Management - Resource scheduling, task decomposition, and risk management in an Agile environment
- Duly manage the engineering team respecting time, cost, quality of work
- Process Engineering Functions over line set up for new product development
- Capable of opening and strategically running new markets.
Key Performance Indicator:
- Organize and intensify efficiency support services by ameliorating functions and coordinating communication between businesses and support functions.
- Perform a meaningful role in long-term planning and establishment initiatives aimed at engineering distinction.
- To represent the company in front of the Clients and support business development activities as required by company's strategy to establish a network of contacts with major clients with regards to business acquisition, program execution and support through the products lifecycles.
- To uphold respect and fulfillment of company's engineering procedures & processes & policies.
