Engineering Head - Aviation/Defence

Head D&D is responsible for design & development of new products as well as customizing existing products to meet customer requirements. This includes analyzing the customer RFQs and providing technical inputs for the same

Age : 35 to 45 Years

Qualification : BE in E&C, M Tech will be an added advantage

- Product Design / Project Management

Knowledge of Design Concepts & Tools :

- Creates and guides design in line with technical specifications.

- Selects appropriate design tools & techniques for design.

- Understands the concept behind the design and oversees the process of design.

- Is able to detect and correct errors and can coach on design tools & related techniques.

Knowledge of Manufacturing Process :

- Has adequate knowledge of A&D E1, E2 and E3 manufacturing process and process parameters.

- Uses this knowledge to design and develop products to meet customer requirements

- Timely inputs for customer RFQs

- Effective technical inputs on RFQs

Timely design and development :

- Cost of Customization / NPD

- Effectiveness of Design & Development: Customer Feedback

- Adherence to Certification standards

- Error-free documentation
