Engineer - Instrumentation - Phosphates & Phosphoric Acid Producer Firm

Opening one of the leading producers of phosphates and phosphoric acid with international exposure. Located in South Africa, is the only vertically integrated phosphate producer in the country. The company has two divisions- Mining & Acids. The Mining Division processes phosphate rock concentrate, which is fed to the Acid Division Plant, which manufactures sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid and phosphate-based granular fertilisers (MAP and DAP) by using phosphate rock as a raw material.

Position - Engineer- Instrumentation (Full time job and On-roll job)

Job Location - South Africa

Work Experience - 5 - 9 years Only (Max 10 years not more then that)

Qualification - B.e. / B. tech./M.Tech - Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering(regular) - Must Have 4 years regular.

Summary of Job:

This position is responsible for plant availability through preventive instrumentation maintenance of the equipment's, which reduces the instrumentation breakdown time with scheduled condition monitoring activities with proper spares procurement & respond to the shut down jobs in incumbent's respective area.

Job Detail:

1. 5+ Years( minimum 3 years in plant operations must), Experience Required maintenance & projects of a process Industry.

2. Must have experience maintenance of SCADA, Weighing systems,DCS hardware and software, PLC hardware and software, Field Instrumentation, Calibration procedures and schedules.

3. Knowledge on Management systems (QMS/EMS/OSHAS/PSMS), Problem Analysis, Trouble Shooting, Statuatory like Printers,weighing machines and automatic packing machine.

4. Plant Maintenance works, Shutdowns Jobs, Spares Availability, Receipt of Materials. Daily review on plant electrical equipment's maintenance, Plant smooth running.

5. Equipment availability with critical process parameters.
