The company has setup Value BPS to provide Transformational Operations Consulting / Professional Services, by leveraging the capability of managing operations for Fortune 1000 clients. To begin with Value BPS intends to rollout service offering for Chief Financial Officer (CFO)s, consisting of
Finance Operations Transformation ( Functional Transformation, Business Process Re-Engineering, Shared Services)
Finance Information Management (CFO Decision Support, Spend / SG&A Analytics, FP&A / Budgeting Set up)
Risk Consulting / Professional Services (Internal Audit, SoX Audit, Concurrent Audits, Accounting operations support)

Engagement Manager - Value BPS
Role Summary :
- Lead CFO consulting / professional services client engagements, support marketing & sales cycle and build capabilities in area of specialization.
- Areas of specialization are Finance Operations Transformation, Finance Information Management & Risk Consulting
Reporting hierarchy :
- Reports to Partner - Value BPS
Key Relationships with other functions/teams :
- Network to leverage capabilities of BPS teams - BPS delivery, Quality, Transition, Controllership, F&A Solution / Pre- Sales, etc. for - Enterprise Solution, Global Consulting Services, various CoEs.
Job Description :
- Delivery client engagements to time, budget & quality
- Plan engagement delivery, in terms of scope, resource requirements, client stakeholder expectations, reporting formats, governance & timelines
- Guide / train consultants / team members on subject matter
- Develop engagement delivery capabilities for the chosen subject matters
- Support marketing & sales initiatives
Qualifications :
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or
- Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Accounting / Commerce / Business or
- Certifications pertinent to chosen domain / specialization (CIMA, LOMA etc.)
Experience :
- 10+ years of post-qualification experience
- Risk Advisory / Finance - Performance Improvement practice of Big 4 Accounting or CFO focused consulting services of consulting major / large SI Goals
- Delivery (Client feedback on service quality, On Budget,)
- Practice management (Skills training, Domain specific offerings)
- Revenue (Marketing / Sales effort supported)
