Engagement Manager - Strategy & Operations Consulting - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS

Position: Engagement Manager (Strategy & Operations Consulting)

Location: Gurgaon/ Mumbai

Experience: 5-10 years

Job Description:

- Responsible for project delivery for client engagements spanning strategy and operations consulting for the real estate, financial services and infrastructure industries. Consulting engagements include go-to-market strategy, M&A advisory, commercial due diligence, turnaround strategy, revenue enhancement, cost reduction, operational transformation, organizational strategy and regulatory / compliance advisory

- Developing and maintaining client relationships with top decision makers, participating in oral presentations / pitches, leading business development and planning/budgeting

- Development of assets and methodologies, research or white papers, marketing collateral and enhancing the knowledge base of the firm

- Actively participating in staff recruitment for the consulting team and mentoring/guiding the team

- Must be comfortable working / interacting with C-Suite executives at the highest levels of client organizations

Desired Candidate Profile:

- At least 7 years of experience in consulting, general management or investment banking is a must

- MBA from a top business school (foreign ivy league or IIMs/ISB equivalent)

- Strong leadership, communication, presentation and analysis skills

- Must be self-motivated with the ability to independently work in a high growth environment
