Required Skills:

6-10 years of relevant experience

- At least 1-2 experience in project lead / Engagement Management roles

- Good understanding of Fin Services industry & Fintech

- Good academic pedigree, high grades from Tier-1 B-school

- Good verbal & written Communication

- Willingness to travel & long term career in consulting

Job Description :

Managing consulting projects with focus on Financial services clients.

Profile of engagements cut across strategy formulation, Balanced Scorecard development, process realignment, organizational restructuring and technology transformation areas.

Hands-on experience in driving large scale business transformation and optimization initiatives and developing digital strategy in financial services space.

Job involves extensive use of office applications - PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
