Engagement Manager/Sr Manager

Engagement Manager (EM):

An EM is primarily responsible for:

- Project management and adherence to the time and quality standards

- Providing thought leadership to the project team

- Developing strategic insights and recommendations on the basis of the research conducted

- Validating the research and development of client-ready output

- Producing output in the form of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.

- Taking complete ownership of the projects assigned

- Interacting with clients to understand requirements and deliver output

In addition to the above, an EM is responsible for:

- Training analyst(s)/ senior analyst(s)

- Developing proposals and pitch books

- Collaborate with senior managers in development of knowledge nuggets and thought pieces

- Mentoring and developing resources allocated for administrative oversight

- Actively participating in organization-building activities such as hiring, process improvement, growing client accounts, etc.

- Account development- developing repeat business from accounts

Education and Experience

an MBA from one of the leading institutions in India / abroad with a relevant work experience of around 6-8 years in Strategic Consulting, Corporate Planning or you have been working in high end research and advisory. A strong experience in one of the industry vertical will be advantageous. We want people who like to think about their client needs and are equally enthusiastic about project execution at the ground level.

- Preferred: BFSI, Telecom, Process consulting background.
