Engagement Manager/Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Consulting

At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

Our client a Global Consulting Firm is currently working on a capability assessment and organisation and capacity planning project for a US healthcare player which involves strategy, implementation, and project management. They are looking for a strategy consultant to join their project team as an Engagement Manager/ Sr. Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Capability assessment

- Organisation and capacity planning

- Client management

- Process management

- Problem-solving

- Communication skills (written and oral)

Key experience needed:

- 5+ years of experience in the consulting industry

- Industry background: Preferably from healthcare operations or IT Services/ BPO services

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-16 week contract.
