New Primary purpose of the role: Conduct project-planning activities and manage the execution of projects as per plan through the project life cycle from Initiating to close. Major responsibilities &amp; amp (deliverable): 1. Manage Client deliverable, stakeholders and project plan. 2. Actively manage relationship with project stakeholders, internal and external, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, and manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverable to enable positive customer reference and success story. 3. Communicate a clear vision of the projects objectives, and motivate the project team to achieve them; create a project environment that enables peak performance by team members. 4. Ensure proper governance is in place to best meet project objectives, ensure use of best practices, methodology, tools and procedures and balance the trade-off of the triple- constraint (time, cost and scope) to realize the expected business value. 5. Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work and timeline. 6. Manage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance. 7. Proactively identify risk and issues on the project, establish mitigating actions, escalate issues and risks where needed, and seek resolutions. Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties, gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained. Required Skills: a) 1-2 years of direct client management as Technical Account Manager for an IT transformation project, preferably software Product implementation. b) Strong Project management and stakeholder management background c) 7 + years relevant experience in enterprise software solution implementation along with project management experience in large scale &amp; high risk projects D) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills E) Ability to manage strict deadlines and perform under pressure F) Ability to pay attention to detail and manage multiple projects simultaneously G) Good written and oral communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English H) Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of client, leadership and engagement management I) Experience in a consulting environment and In-depth knowledge of accounting principles would be an advantage Qualifications required: B.E. / B.Tech Exposure: 7-10 years
