Engagement Manager/Senior Engagement Manager - Payroll Processing - BPO

Designation : Engagement Manager (equivalent to AVP) /Senior Engagement Manager (equivalent to VP)

Purpose of This Position :

- To ensure the legislative and statutory requirements relating to all payments processed by payroll team. These payments include salaries & wages, superannuation, all relevant taxes for Australia and NZ and other employee deductions.

- To ensure payrolls are processed in accordance with the practice / policy

- The role is to be performed with high standards of service to external customers and internal business partners and is bound by the agreed SLAs and company policies and procedures.

- Oversee ongoing project work to streamline and automate processes and workload.

Skills and Knowledge :

- High level of understanding of payroll legislation and statutory requirements for Australia and New Zealand (minimum 8+ years)

- Knowledge of SAP

- Ability to maintain performance under pressure

- Advance Excel skills

- Adaptable and accepting of change

- Work effectively within a team environment
