Job details & scope:

The Governance, Risk management and Compliance (GRC) service manages SAP GRC requirements in an integrated manner utilizing technology platforms and Capgemini’s Global Process Model to deliver a continuous monitoring and analytics approach, helping enterprises proactively manage and mitigate risks in IT, Finance & Accounting, Operations, Statutory and Regulatory compliance, improve control environments and reduce compliance costs. Along with managing SOX & Internal Controls related Projects

Role:

- This Person will be responsible to lead the Access Controls team for a large Retail Client operating out of 80+ countries managing a team of over 20+ Access control resources.

- This person will be responsible for ensuring the day to day service delivery of the SAP GRC Access Controls function, manage client expectations and governance model, people management and providing direction to the team leaders and associates.

- Additionally this person will be responsible for pursuing account development opportunities and work with the senior engagement manager in providing strategic solution offerings to the client for further expansion / developing additional capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- B.E. or MBA or Chartered Accountant with in-depth technical knowledge on SAP GRC Access Controls with 10+ years of experience in Internal Controls.

- Ability to identify & mitigate significant risks that may affect integrity of financial reporting.

- IT & Operational Risk assessment & mitigation, process re-engineering and automation

- Designing solutions for Business & IT process including the system & usage of tools

- Process mapping in terms of narratives and process flow-chart with demarcation of departmental activities and segregation of duties

- Assessment of associated risks for the processes and existing internal control system. Performing walkthrough & Testing samples for the process flow

- Identification of design and operating deficiency, if any, suggesting improvements when necessary

- Handled internal, external & quality audits

- Initiated various process improvement projects by understanding global benchmarks

- Project Lead for Improvement projects, responsible for Solutions, Process Design & Infrastructure,

- Significant experience of setting up and structuring a project from planning stage.

- Experience with organizational change projects and change management

- Experienced in Profit & Loss account maintenance ,Analysis , cost analysis & variance, Budget analysis & variance

- Transition Experience: new process from Client Location successfully

Implement, Review and Assure:

- Adequate Project Management before, during & after Compliance Audits

- Audits are planned & executed as per required timelines

- Ensure Existing Controls are consistent, constantly monitored

- Liaising across various teams, Internal & External Auditors to ensure no major lapse or deficiencies, also explaining consequence of non compliance if need be.

- Interpretation & implementation of new strategies for internal controls to ensure compliance with various statutes, Laws & policies

- Responsible for designing & implementing in discussion with Business Leads

- Consolidation of Risk & Control to avoid duplication of efforts & cost

- Representing & Updating Leadership team on key changes
