Our Ideal Candidate :

- 20+ years of Experience in leading large and complex business transformations with SAP / S4 (Green field, Brown field and Blue field)

- 5-7 years of management experience in running delivery unit/practice of 500+

- Ability to lead a large setup of multiple clients with Solutioning, Delivery and Industrialization ownership

- Ability to build industrialized delivery practices and assets that can make the solutions and delivery competitive

- Responsible for customer satisfaction and CM Margins

- Accelerate Engagement growth in Revenue and Size

- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and Third parties

- Up to date with market trends and solutions in Application Management / Application Development services
