Engagement Manager/Principal Consultant for FS consulting firm
Job Role : Project leadership and delivery, client relationship management, team management and business development support, client cross-sell.
The practice offerings include in IT Strategy, Evaluation, selection and project management across leading vendors, and a host of several aligned services. Additionally, role also includes identifying opportunities to position the firm's service offerings across strategy, process and HR transformation.
Position responsibilities would also include delivery oversight of projects sold, team development and engagement direction. Role also includes determining cross-sell opportunities at existing clients, and building relationship across leadership team within the client organization. Additionally, role involves brand visibility enhancement through articles, speaking at relevant forums and engaging in vendor conferences.
Position Competencies
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience including Project Management / consulting
- Good Understanding of Banking & Financial services industry
- Proven track record of business development / cross sell
- Good academic pedigree, good B-school qualification.
- Good Verbal & Written Communication
Background : Relevant management consulting experience. International experience a plus.
Industry : Management consulting with focus on Banking & Financial services industry, with focus on technology /core banking transformation engagements
Experience : Digital & IT strategy, supplier evaluation, technology transformation, program management in the Banking & Financial services industry
Skills : Good track record of managing technology programs. Good understanding of banking technology, Digital banking, Fintech.
Qualifications : Good academic pedigree, good B-school qualification. Program Management qualifications (PMP / Prince-2) key.
