Experience:
- Overall business experience: 12 + years
- Experience in P2P Operations: 5+ years
- Successfully managed Client relationships globally
- Experience in working in international environment (Experience in working with US clients will be an advantage)
- Collaborative relationship skills with executive management teams
- Experience with working in global teams, in a matrix organizational setup
- Ability to recruit, train and retain talent,leading organizations with more than 30 FTE’s
Desired Skills:
- Excellent knowledge and experience in procure to pay (P2P) Business operations.
- Excellent senior and operational client stakeholder handling skills
- Excellent people management and team leadership skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong KPI / SLA management reporting capabilities
