- Managers lead multiple case teams, maintain deep, long-term relationships with multiple clients and develop expertise in diverse sectors.

Description:

- Provide intellectual leadership, and do so across a variety of case types

- "Crack" cases without substantive partner direction and without "burning" teams

- Generate insightful hypotheses that frame both team and client thinking

- Be a versatile and impactful presenter

- Act as team manager, coach the Consultants on the team and role model

- Be able to achieve great results via others

- Work to develop a wide range of people ("rock stars" and weaker performers)

- Be aware of case recoveries

- Contribute to the well-being and morale of local office

Profile:

- At least 4 years in a top-tier management consulting firm with demonstrated social impact consulting experience

- Ideal candidate will have 4+ years post MBA experience from top tier institutes

- Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment

- Must be open to travel
