Job Description: Work with clients from all levels of the organization. They are a key contact for our clients, responsible for developing and leading work plans and managing team members in the execution of the work-plans. Our clients team work on a variety of client issues. The range of assignments includes developing long-term strategies for organizations, assisting with the acquisition and integration of companies, developing new marketing channel strategies, turning around under-performing business units, reducing operating and purchasing costs, and evaluating new business ventures.

Requirements:

Qualifications for the position include:

- Outstanding academic performance and an MBA from a top business school

- Minimum 6 years of experience in a management/strategy consulting role

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex assignments

- Strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
