Qualification & Experience :  - 7 to 11 years of work experience in developing of analytical solutions  - BE / BTech, Masters / Bachelors in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or any equivalent degree preferred  - Minimum 4 years of experience in Insurance or Healthcare or Pharma domain  -Knowledge of advanced visualization platforms like Qlikview, Tableau, Spotfire etc.  - Hands on experience in statistical tools and techniques like R, SAS, SQL  - Understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, decision tree,predictive analytics,regression,times series, Advance analytics, Linear programming,hypothesis testing  - Excellent project management,people management and stakeholder management experience required  - Experience in business development and P&L management  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Roles and Responsibilities :  - The Engagement manager would be responsible for leading an analytics team in Insurance or Healthcare domain  - Assigning tasks to team members, prioritizing tasks and solving business problems to ensure targets are met on time  - Working extensively on R and build analytical solutions  - Manage multiple teams, perform performance appraisals and develop career progression metrics  - Leading client engagement practice and ensuring best customer experience  - Responsible for the quality of delivery for the engagements and ensuring team is able to meet the engagement goals  - Travel to client locations when required  - Managing business development and capability development activities  If this is you, kindly apply for this position and I shall get back to you.  Mansil
