Engagement Manager - eCommerce

There is a job opening with a big eCommerce giant.

Designation : Engagement Manager

Location : Bangalore

Preferred qualification : B.E and MBA

Specific responsibilities include the following:

- Understand Amazon Services products and services and articulate and guide sellers through integration.

- Own and manage integration of a portfolio of key sellers who want to list their products on Amazon’s global sites.

- Work with sellers to set and meet milestones and deliverables to deliver high-quality integration projects.

- Track and report integration performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.

- Engage with internal and external customers/teams to define requirements, test data integrity, verify business processes, and deploy product offerings.

- Gather requirements and help build tools and processes to increase the ease and efficiency with which sellers integrate with us.

- Support the launches of new programs, categories and features.

The role will have the following potential growth:

- Increase in the volume of sellers being handled

- Increase in the complexity of the sellers being integrated - example would be sellers with huge catalog, selling in multiple categories, categories that require frequent refreshes (apparel based on season)

- Work with multiple stakeholders internally in multiple locations/geographies and externally coordinating new category launches on Amazon.in

- Test release of new features, provide feedback, work with stake holders for communicating the feature to seller population and also help monitor adoption and performance.

- Help develop tools and processes to improve productivity, efficiency and quality aspects for the sellers getting integrated on the platform.
