- Excellent client presence and client communication skills. 

- Proven track record for Account management/ program management 

- Ability to manage a diverse team including consultants, project managers and development teams. 

- Excellent people skills and ability to work in a time-line driven environment. 

- Exposure to AI based technologies would be beneficial. 

- He should have experience in technology and digital transformation in Financial Services and Diversified Industrial companies.
