Engagement Manager
We are hiring an Engagement Manager for our client company which is a leader in corporate governance industry.
Responsibilities :
1) Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs.
2) Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic situation.
3) Collect and interpret relevant information and data.
4) Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
5) Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives.
6) Analyze data to identify problem areas.
7) Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to a client's wishes, capabilities and limitations forming concise reports.
8) Advise and guide the clients to conduct changes.
Qualifications:
1) Business administration degree is a must.
2) 3+ proven experience in your field of expertise.
3) Demonstrable project management abilities.
4) Familiarity with a wide selection of business management software (CRM, ERP etc.) and databases.
5) Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
6) Knowledge of relevant data analysis and research procedures.
7) Creative and strategic thinking skills.
