About The/Nudge:

The/Nudge is an action institute working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime. We partner with governments, markets, and civil society to build resilient livelihoods for all. We are a collective of some of India's best leaders and entrepreneurs from across the industry, academia, government, and development sectors, and our work is organized across three impact streams:

Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives

Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty

Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India's biggest challenges

At The/Nudge you will:

- Develop and lead people strategies and systems with a focus on organizational development work with the P&C leadership team to contribute towards defining the function's strategy quarter on quarter

- Build a cohesive culture in line with the elements of The/Nudge spirit

- Lead learning & development initiatives in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention

- Lead need assessment to build capacity towards employee growth and development manage and coach a team towards their growth and development

- Lad and guide the team towards data driven decision making across all projects within the function

- Build, maintain and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders lead and drive DEIB initiatives within the organization

Apply if you have:

- At least 12 years of work experience

- Deep passion towards solving complex people problems

- Creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for employees

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong data analytical and problem solving skills

- Ability to coach and mentor team members

- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders

- Ability to plan and execute projects independently
