Engagement Growth Manager - eCommerce (6-8 yrs)

- Develop & execute the business plan for English entertainment & Kids: Target consumer segments to go after, content catalogue to be licensed, communication plan by segment, brand building & subscription growth.

- Develop the strategic marketing plan and work with consumer insights, creative, social, digital and PR teams to deliver consistent messaging and build premium equity and key title marketing.

- The primary role is to manage a portfolio of initiatives that span and have interdependencies between marketing, product, operations, to drive business goals of -

- Increasing watch time per subscriber.

- Driving adoption of product features & building stickiness.

- Enabling deeper renewal affinity on back of engagement with relevant content catalogue.

- Define experiments to grow subscriber engagement and execute and analyze results

- Own the engagement growth marketing initiatives and partner with growth marketing teams to drive content engagement for marquee paid content.

- Define and influence growth marketing product stack to improve efficiency of engagement initiatives.

- Build an omni channel view across product, CRM and other marketing channels and plan execution of growth initiatives to impact DAU, WAU and WT per subscriber.

- Define and execute product marketing strategy built on back of personalized communication to influence engagement with new and existing content.


- 6-8 years of experience with background in product management/analytics or growth orgs would be ideal and preferred.

- Experience in consumer internet orgs with fast paced and accelerated growth trajectories is a plus.

- Candidate should be able to exhibit a strong experimentation and iterative product led growth framework.

- Depth of understanding of ad-tech/mar-tech would be a strong enabler for success and hence a sought-after trait.

- Prior experience of having driven user engagement and revenue growth

- Ability to develop a strategic framework is a must.
