Engagement Director - Investment Banking

Responsibilities :

- Play a strategic role for Acuity's investment banking (IB) business, which is one of the largest business units in the company

- Work with senior IB management (Global Head of IB and Directors) on strategic initiatives including RFPs, client proposals, client demos, client governance, management presentations and growth initiatives

- Manage some of marquee investment banking client relationships and their teams

- Extensively contribute to the automation initiatives and technology platform for investment banking

- Bring and implement investment banking best practices and help mentor IB team members to deliver highest quality or service and add value to client engagements to ensure high client satisfaction

- Bring experience across M&A, Sector coverage and capital markets to enhance the service offering

- Demonstrate strength and flair in client relationship building and management

Required Background:

- Post-Graduation in Finance (MBA, CFA, CA etc.) or equivalent qualification

- Relevant experience of 5-10 years in investment banking

- Front end experience of deal origination and execution in US, UK or APAC is strongly preferred

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills

- Ability to handle pressure working in fast paced environment with quick problem solving skills

- MS Office skills - should be excellent in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word
