Engagement & Delivery Manager - HR & Talent Analytics - Manufacturing/FMCG/Pharma/IT (5-8 yrs)
Driving business impact through HR and Talent Analytics
a) Responsible to provide analytical solution to clients which covers entire span of employee life cycle such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Workforce Engagement and Retention and Employee services.
b) Demonstrable experience in Employee Segmentation, Employee Satisfaction & Sentiments, Employee 360, Churn Analytics, Forecast, HR Dashboards, Insight generation, HR support through Chatbot, Predictive Talent Management etc. and possess a solid understanding of the HR processes and ecosystem
a) Establishes new engagement and communications with HR teams to understand and define requirements. Proactively identify new opportunities that can deliver business impact. Work in partnership with HR Strategy team and IT team, leveraging our investments in Success Factor platform.
b) Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain focus on overall deliverables for the business
c) Ensuring insight driven Talent and HR problem solutioning and drive business outcome indicators
d) Good analytical and visual thinking skills, with the ability to identify business questions, pain points and opportunities, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, prioritize findings using different models, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Driving analytics & Insighting Maturity:
a) Communication of insights that can guide actionable results through impactful insighting, story telling, data visualisation
b) Working closely with the businesses to identify and solve problems using internal and external data
c) Incremental revenue, Cost savings or Productivity improvement identification through focused interventions on enhancing the algorithms and data maturity through different analytics tools & build strong engagement, analytical rigor and governance framework to deliver results.
d) HR dashboards for root cause analysis and experience in Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Power BI etc.
Hands on experience in Data Science and Delivery:
a) Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize employee experiences, talent management, retention, and other HR outcomes
b) Experience in statistical modelling, machine learning, data mining, unstructured data analytics and natural language processing
c) End-to-end execution of the data science process, from understanding business requirements, data discovery and extraction, model development and evaluation
d) Working closely with IT to create seamless data lakes. Assess the efficiency of new data sources and data gathering techniques. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
e) Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SAS) and database query language- SQL/NoSQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets
e) Experience with working on big data platforms - Spark/Hadoop and cloud based analytics pltaforms from Google/AWS/Azure "
