Engagement/Account Manager - BPM/ECM Domain - Product Development Firm

Our client is a product development company in BPM/ECM domain.

We are looking for Engagement /Account Managers for their offices in Noida,Mumbai & Bangalore.

Role involves :

- Will be involved in account management/ account engagement related activities to drive the revenues from the respective accounts assigned.

- Will be involved in presales,technical sales and stakeholder management.

- Will be the SPOC for the accounts and be responsible for all escalations, delivery & relationship management.

Desired profile :

- Looking for candidates with software development or business analysis background at the start of their career, but currently moved to sales/presales/business development related roles.

- Strong understanding on SDLC with experience in BFSI sector or US healthcare is highly preferred.

- Understanding of BPM/ECM products will be advantageous.

Desired experience : 4-6 years with BE/MCA + MBA (mandatory)
