- As and when required, post open positions to online recruiting sites and newspapers
- In consultation with Head Recruitment, thoroughly prepare Job profile/JD of a given position to be filled.
- Maintain list of Recruiters/Head hunting companies and contact details of the relevant people in such agencies.
- Advertise vacancies on bulletin boards and intranet for internal staff.
- Collect and screen resumes, select short-listed potential candidates to fix interviews with the Head of Recruitment for an initial interview and with relevant Departmental Heads, if needed.
- Update - Talent Pool Data- on continuous basis, ensuring to keep relevant CVs and profiles, which can be contacted as and when required.
- Help establish contact with professionals from similar industry and maintain their database with him/her.
- Ensure consistency in process including establishment of interview panels, collection of forms, check and maintenance of documentation and references.
- Interview applicants for middle management administrative positions, complete assessments and technical tests, as and when required and make recommendations to Supervisor about employee appointments.
