HR Manager (10 to 15 years Experienced)for Sharjah UAE
- Organizational Development and Restructuring (HRM - Strategy and Support)
- Evaluate organization vision, mission, structures, processes and people and recommend, design and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure alignment with the Company's overall direction.
- Constructs an HR Plan in line with the business plan.
- Determine all costs of operation of HR for input into the Organization plan's financial forecasts
- Manage core Performance Management and feedback processes. Develop manager capability on employing these processes and obtaining best in class results.
- Ensure accurate and written job descriptions with clear job accountabilities, reporting structures and career paths
- Establish salary guidelines for hiring and performance evaluations for each job within the organization
- Coach employees on subjects such as career, leadership and performance development plans, compensation matters and assisting employees during implementation of change management initiatives.
- Drafting or amending Policies in accordance with requirement and updating the Personnel Manual as & when required.
- ERP and or SAP implementation and automate HR processes
- Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary under the direction of Managing Director and the CEO.
- Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with management staff in order to address issues that will enhance overall performance.
HR Administration and Reporting :
- Muster Roll : Verifying and signing monthly Muster roll for Staff.
- Monthly Bills : Random checking/signing/monitoring/controlling all monthly bills of Telephones/Petrol/Utilities etc.
- Signing of all leave applications/clearance certificates etc.
- Daily Bills : Scrutinizing/Signing daily misc. bills submitted by staff from other departments as the authorized signatory.
- Expenses : Streamlining of other dept. expenses such as air-ticket books etc.
- Ensuring cleaning and hygiene inside office and factory premises.
- Ensuring compliance to a strict vehicle management system.
- Ensuring compliance to a strict phone-use control system.
- Accommodation : Upgrading and improvement of sharing accommodation (as & when required).
- Managing security at the factory and offices.
- Development and management of workplace safety programs at all facilities and show-site operations and overall environmental conditional
- Develop and manage all safety programs as well as accident reporting
- Ensure adherence of OSHA rules and regulations
- Manages all workers compensation claims and represents the company at worker's compensation hearings as needed.
- Provide HR reports to the MD/CEO and relevant management on a monthly basis (or otherwise as directed) such as:
a. HR Budget
b. Staff turnover statistics
c. Absenteeism, safety & compensation information
d. Recruitment activities
e. Visas and Cancellation data
f. Performance review data
g. Salary and benefits data
h. Legal issues or internal and External disputations
i. Learning & development activities
- Legal matters pertaining to Labors and Employees: checking the legal aspects.
- Clearing of files pertaining to employee-requests and making recommendations for approval of management.
- Initiating disciplinary action such as issuing Show-cause notices/memos/termination letters etc. ensuring due compliance with labor regulations.
- Counseling employees who behavioral problems affecting work and periodical follow-up with them to ensure that the problems are mitigated or reduced.
- Interacting and rendering advice to all Department Heads on HR and employee issues.
- Addressing employee concerns in relation to work environment/work atmosphere etc.
- Coordination with the Department Heads regarding all issues.
