Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional for Relationship Manager
What you'll be doing
- You'll get an opportunity to be an integral part of a team who will thread across entire organization working with various stake holders. A typical engagement in relationship manager could entail interacting with prospective leads and understand their requirement and nurture the relationship to a stage where sales team could take over. Important accept here is helping them realize the problems that they never knew existed.
- You will also help the org in creating a robust marketing plan, drawing milestones, executing the plan and reporting the results on an ongoing basis. Bring in the best practices' of sales operations- track, review and create dashboards. A typical engagement could entail, inter alia, analyzing the business, identifying the opportunity, ascertaining the value of the business, developing the go-to- market strategy, creating the marketing roadmap.
What you'll be doing as a team
DIRECT
- Understand the technologies used in wastewater treatment
- Identification of the potential client
- Develop relationship with leads and translate the requirement in to Problem statement
- Bring in the best practices of sales force- Track, Review and Help in creating dashboard which enables sales team to take action on the opportunities
- Create robust process for sales operations and strategy
- Involve in marketing and campaign planning activities resulting in generating leads
- Create and Exec Customer Survey across location
- Maximize the Total Customer Value for our sales team through insights from CSAT SCORE
NEED TO HAVE
- Sales experience of 2 - 3 years (any domain)
- Role involving lead generation to closure (any or all)
- Role involving client retention
- Role involving assessing viability of the connection
- Role involving forecasting performance and results
GOOD TO HAVE
- Domain experience in construction technologies
- Roles in leadership
- Experience in CRM tools especially salesforce

- Excellent presentation & communications skills
- Above average powerpoint skills with high attention to detail
- Above average analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and strong presence of mind

Education
- EXCELLENT TO AT LEAST ABOVE AVERAGE ACADEMIC RECORD
- MBA / PGDM (Sales and marketing)
- From a Tier 1 or Tier 2 management school anywhere in the world
GOOD TO HAVE
- Participation/ awards/ recognitions or achievements in extra-curricular or co-curricular or even academic achievements | Public speaking is a plus plus.
