Endurance has more than 4.2 million subscribers around the globe and an annual revenue of over USD 600 million.  - In early 2014, in a bid to expand its presence in Asia, Endurance International Group acquired the web presence business of Directi, which included the brands BigRock, ResellerClub, LogicBoxes and Webhosting.info.  Your Responsibilities :  - Monitor market trends, research customer markets and competitor's activities to identify opportunities and key issues  - Conduct various forms of research to understand customer value propositions; create a plan to enhance user experience and overall customer value jointly with the PM team   - Work with the Business Head to create a sharp brand differentiation and positioning strategy and execute it in partnership with other key stakeholders   - Creating innovative, clutter breaking thought leadership and community based campaigns for evangelizing the brand with its target audience  - Lead brand coordinators as well as interface with creatives, media, and PR agencies to achieve goals  - Run successful and targeted campaigns with clear marketing objectives  - Planning and executing all brands participation in various on-ground events and fora  - Managing communications with customers through newsletters, blogs, and forums  - Drive an integrated SMM strategy for all brands to engage with existing & potential customers  - Interface with marketing counterparts in the HQ to align with the parent brand's stated vision and misison  - Working with internal and external stakeholders to manage all administration support for the Marketing team  Requirements:  - You have a business and a technology background  - You have at least 5 - 8 years of experience in marketing to tech stakeholders in India (developers/IT decision makers)  - You are a wordpress enthusiast/understand the web infrastructure ecosystem  - You have previously led a team of marketing executives and possess excellent project management skills  - You live & breathe terms such as LTVC, CPA, AOV and understand P&L building blocks   - You understand how to build and grow an online community of followers and influencers  - You have an eye for detail and know how to produce compelling communication across the written and the visual.  - You are passionate about building a brand in the Consumer Internet space.  Benefits and Perks :   - Endurance employees love their jobs, and not just because we offer the most competitive salaries in the industry.
