As the Manager/Sr. Manager IT in RPA, you will be responsible for implementation and delivery of RPA projects to meet business needs by leading a team of RPA functional and technical developers. This entails identifying opportunities for solutions, defining and shaping project approach, analysis and requirements, driving insights and recommendations, and overseeing design and delivery of ultimate solution. You will ensure that appropriate support and delivery processes are in place to enable the delivery of high quality RPA automations that meet business needs while complying with the relevant information security and risk criteria. - Working with the project team and business SMEs you will break down and analyse existing business processes in detail in order to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an RPA supported solution. - You will have experience in developing and delivering RPA solutions and other leading-edge applications in partnership with customers, partners and developer communities. - Oversee the design and implementation of RPA solutions using the MCMs selected RPA platform (Blueprism). This will involve managing a team of RPA developers but will also be required to be hands-on to some degree. - Work closely with RPA developers and help them in troubleshooting complex situations/ perform code and design reviews - Program manage (including Monitoring, supporting and controlling) RPA delivery ensuring that the RPA automations put in place are effective and properly implemented - Build relationships and work closely with Business Operations stakeholders across functions and geograpies to be well positioned to identify future opportunities for RPA based automation solutions and to proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction - Build relationships and work closely with IT, Compliance and Information Security to ensure continuous upkeep of RPA infrastructure and compliance with information security and risk - Guide and mentor RPA developers to help them grow in their RPA journey &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;
