EARC has received the license from Reserve Bank of India to operate as an ARC and has already commenced its operations.  Shift timings- 10 PM-7 PM  No Cab facility  Job location- Gurgaon  Job description :   - Responsible handling legal resolution of financial assets acquired by the Company which would include initiation, conduct and management of enforcement, litigation and preparing for settlement related documentation. Assists in conduct of due-diligence for acquisition of portfolio/ accounts. Prepares the legal resolution plan. Engages and manages vendors (legal related). Responsible for legal MIS and compliance related tasks.  - To prepare the legal resolution plan, work on legal resolution through enforcement (drafting of SARFAESI Notices, replies, rejoinders), conduct of proceedings before DM/CMM, arbitrator /DRT /DRAT /NCLT /NCLAT /High Court /Supreme Court. etc. (preparing draft original applications, petitions, reply, rejoinders etc., coordination with advocates, briefing of advocates ensuring service of notices etc.)  - To assist in acquisition like conducting / managing conduct of legal due-diligence of NPA accounts/portfolios, finalization of acquisition related documentation with seller banks/FIs, registration of assignment agreements.  Would be required to prepare a legal resolution MIS.
