Encore Asset Reconstruction - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Finance - CA

The role will require experience in Finance and controllership.

The individual would be responsible for

- Financial reporting and related compliances

- Periodic closing of accounts and financial statements

- Responsible for ensuring completion of financial audits (internal/external)

- Consolidation of financial statement (Indian GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP)

- Knowledge of IFRS / USGAAP, Direct & Indirect Taxes

- Management of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) including intercompany transactions.

- Ensuring management of Accounts Payable, Account Receivables, book-keeping, banking and treasury

- Relationship management with key business partners

- Management and business reports based on requirements

Experience - In Finance and Controllership with 5 to 6 years of experience post qualification experience as CA, and 7 to 8 years of experience post qualification as CA Inter

Education-   Chartered Accountant or CA Inter
