Role Purpose: - - To build the unsecured collection business at EARC by developing capability and bringing in focus portfolio segments and thereby reduce delinquencies, losses, improving recovery and process adherence - To drive the unsecured collections business and ensure the sustainability of the business through timely collection & recovery Primary Responsibilities:- - Growing our unsecured vertical as a standalone business unit with well-defined performance targets in terms of growth and profitability - Setup agency/channel partners and perform periodic reviews/ audits - Establish a seamless process to address grievances of unsecured portfolios (grievance cell) - Building/Reviewing and execution of collection strategy for the assigned portfolio - Ensuring timely achievement of collections targets by formulating & executing collections strategy - Prepare/present reports, portfolio decks and analyse data/risks pertaining to the vertical and share with relevant stakeholders as needed - Ensuring adherence to collection processes, i.e., system allocation, tracking, monitoring delayed cash deposition, identifying & reporting fraudulent practices - Ensuring legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing of products Ensuring audit queries are complied with Skills Required:- - Minimum 10 years of experience of managing unsecured collection operations in BFSI sector - Preferred Expertise in Credit Card Collections - Good knowledge of contact center operations, agency partner development, field & legal works - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Extremely high on integrity & Ethics
