EnCloudEn - Sales Leader

- The idea is to reduce the need for human intervention in IT management to a bare minimum. In-built Live monitoring and automated orchestration takes us to the era of self-healing IT ensuring no downtime and better performance with minimal support.

- Our customers (leaders in sectors like Biotech, Banking, Education, IT etc) also double up as our evangelists. We are supported by key executives in leading tech companies as angel investors/advisors.

- While we are notching the 10 customers mark, we are building the core team that will be backbone of the organization when we grow from 10 customer to 100 and onto 1000 customers. We are looking for a sales leader who will work with the founders and lead sales &business development for the organization.

Key responsibilities will be :

- Drive sales and revenue for the organization

- Managing and growing current and acquired customers

- BD and GTM strategy

- Developing and growing collateral as needed

- Set-up sales processes

- Building the sales team with anticipated growth

Eligibility :

- 7+ years of IT Sales Experience with proven track record

- Ability to steer the entire sales cycle interfacing with senior management

- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Technical know-how with good product level understanding

- Inclination to participate in the iterative development process per market feedback

- Flexibility to work in a rapid and volatile start-up environment

- Preferably with an Engineering and MBA degree
