The idea is to reduce the need for human intervention in IT management to a bare minimum. In-built Live monitoring and automated orchestration takes us to the era of self-healing IT ensuring no downtime and better performance with minimal support.

Our customers (leaders in Pharma, Banking, Education, IT etc sectors) also double up as our evangelists. We are supported by key executives in leading tech companies as angel investors/advisors.

While we are at the 10 enterprise customers mark, we are building the core team that will be the backbone of the organization when we grow from 10 customers to 100 and onto 1000 customers. We are looking for a person who will work with the founders in achieving our traction goals. The candidate will play a pivotal role in our Sales and Business Development Processes.

Key Work Areas :

- Work on the Business Development/Go To Market Strategies

- Lead inbound and outbound lead generation process

- Managing the digital footprint of EnCloudEn

- Strategizing, framing and publicizing marketing collateral

- Supporting field sales when necessary

- Organizing/participating in customer/partner/industry events

- Market research/competitor research

- Channel Partner engagements and support

- Eligibility

- Attitude of a go-getter

- Excellent articulation and communication skills

- Excellent MS Powerpoint skills

- Basic understanding of marketing principles preferred

- Basic IT technology know-how is good to have

- 1+ years experience in sales/presales/business development is good to have

- Flexibility to work in a rapid and volatile start-up environment

- Engineering and MBA degree will be good to have
