The white cradle is looking for someone to manage the overall operations of the e-commerce brand ,including it's Shopify websites and marketplaces.
What you will do:
- Handle order ,inventory and payment operations of our Shopify-based website (www.thewhitecradle.com) and marketplaces (Firstcry, My Baby Babbles and Amazon)- including responsibilities such as processing daily orders ,inventory management, preparing invoices and reconciling payments.
- Be the first point -of-contact for customer support. This includes responding to customer queries on Instagram and Whatsapp-ranging from website issues, providing product information, and taking offline and customized orders.
- By being the main point- of-contact with customers, we want the candidate to be actively involved in identifying customer pain-points and helping develop solution for these:
- Use customer feedback to identify new product categories and design themes.
- Work on product development and related vendor sourcing ( contacting new vendors and coordinating samples of materials and new products)
