Job Requirements:
- Strong experience as a People generalist in a start up/ Manufacturing set up. Knowing what works (and what doesn- t) in this environment is crucial in order to lay strong and scalable foundations
- Should be Full time PGDM(HR)/MBA(HR) from Top B Schools
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written & group. You understand that good internal communication is essential for a scaling business - and how to ensure it happens
- You're values-driven - you view everything through this lens & you- re prepared to speak up for our Values
- You have good business acumen - you align People goals with those of the business
