Job Description:
 
Responsible for preparation of periodical Business Plan, Budgets, forecasts, aligning with Business aspirational goals, preparation of MIS, Dashboard for management, develop strong and effective costing system for product costing, product pricing ensuring enterprise performance towards targeted corporate goals such as revenue growth, EBITDA, working capital management with deep focus on Inventory

Desired Candidate profile :

1. Preparation of periodical Business Plan, Budgets, forecasts, with emphasized focus on financial parameters such as Revenue, EBITA, ROIC and other strategic variables.

2. Ensure Budgets are in alignment with Business aspirational goals.

3. Setup proper Cost Centres and profit centres in ERP in alignment with Budgets/Business plans Preparation of MIS, Dashboard for management.

4. Develop strong and effective costing system for product costing, product pricing ensuring

5. Prepare RFQ in association with Sales team for submission to Customers

6. Prepare product wise P&L, Customer wise P&L and Market/Vertical wise Performance.

7. Compare variance analysis vis-vis Product P&L, Customer P&L.

8. Prepare Capital Expenditure Justification form for Capital expenditure approval

9. Prepare Project Report for term Loan from Banks

10. Implementation of costing system in ERP software (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is added advantage)

11. Develop Internal control and compliance in relation to effective costing system

12. Collaborate with external auditors, if required for cost Audit/Statutory Audit for year-end Audits

13. Interacts at all levels and with budget owners or functional heads/other stakeholders in preparation of budgets, Product costing, RFQ, Product pricing.

14. Align Chart of accounts with Business Plan

15. Analysis of Purchase price variance (PPV)

16. Measuring Production efficiency variance as compared with standard BOM and discuss with operations team for variance.

17. Breakeven analysis

Required Profile:

Candidate must be CMA with 8-10 years of experience or CMA Inter with 14+ years relevant experience from a Manufacturing background. ERP knowledge (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is added advantage) Analytical skills, excellent supervisory skills Computer savvy having proficiency in MS Office (excel)
