JD for Business Development Manager :
- Design strategy and plan a roadmap for sales & revenue targets.
- Conduct research using LinkedIn or other data sources to identify new markets and customer needs/ prospects.
- Establish new market segments, strategic alliances & new territories for sale of our products and services.
- Generate new leads and maintain existing client relations.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients followed by Product Demos & technical discussion.
- Preparations of proposals, follow-ups, negotiations and sales closure.
- Liaison between customer and project delivery team for successful completion of project.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirement :
- Experience : 4-10 yrs of experience in HR Software/Service sales in the specific region.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Qualification : Engineering Graduate / MBA.
