Product Operations Manager

Description :

- Own all products in the ChopServe Technology stack. ChopServe is an omnichannel meat and seafood retail chain. Product stack includes a fully integrated Point of Sale (POS) system, Android and iOS apps, responsive website, CRM, and other miscellaneous tools for internal functions.

- This role will work with the relevant vendors and technology teams to ensure the products are up and working all the time.

- New features which are needed will have to be implemented in coordination with the relevant teams.

- The Product Ops Manager will be the conduit between the internal teams and product vendors.

Responsibilities :

- Map out all crucial product features and maintain a roster to ensure zero fail times

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product training and effectiveness

- Work with the ChopServe leadership team to understand the product roadmap

- Work with vendor teams to ensure product uptime and features are implemented

- Identify automation opportunities and map features/products
