Setting appointments with decision-makers, Onsite or Online product demonstration, Sales negotiation, Pricing designing and Sales closure.  Your business as usual activities will include the following:  - Achieve sales targets, define strategy and follow the strategy punctually.  - Drive and direct and channel sales, sell directly or through partner organizations to the end users.  - Maintain the Business Development databases in CRM. Build a pipeline (both domestic and international), moving opportunities through the sale cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with all level and decision makers.  - Interface with Business SPOCs, understand requirements and constraints, propose solution after a scope and technical discussion  - Give product demos and offer deliverables to clients, keeping a tab of intelligent integration of the product with requisites of the client.   - Close commercials, service agreement in conjunction with Legal Team, prepare final project schedules and maintain agreed timelines.   - Contribute in creating marketing collaterals, research to develop compelling points of view, white papers and articles.  - Have in depth knowledge about Employwise, its products and its competitors.
