- 10 + Years of prior experience in Employer Branding.

- Leading and strategizing with the business on the early career recruitment channel both online and offline modes of engagement.

- Maintaining a liaison with the campuses locally to ensure we get a ready talent pool to hire from

- Provide leadership to innovate from a process and technology standpoint in the Early Careers and Employer Branding space.

- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand and messaging framework that resonates with potential candidates in region, from those in early career to skilled professionals. This may involve developing messaging, partnering to create compelling content, and ensuring consistency across communication channels.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively identify needs and develop engagement strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives in region. This involves identifying target audiences and selecting the appropriate channels to engage and nurture these relationships.

- Coordinating and participating in campus events, such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and interviews

- Managing the internship and graduate programs, including onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation

- Providing insights, recommendations, and best practices on the global campus environment, digital innovations, and employer branding

- Build partnerships with internal (HR, recruiting, site leaders, Koch communications, and business communications teams) and external (creative agencies, job boards) stakeholders, prioritizing work to deliver the greatest value.

- Proven experience in Early Careers/ University Relations/ Campus Recruitment/ Talent Marketing/ recruitment marketing (professional and early career), Employer Branding, (or a combination) or a related marketing communication field, with the ability to think critically about the competitive landscape and develop effective and efficient communication strategies.

- Developing and implementing strategies and programs to attract and hire top talent from universities and colleges.

- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as faculty, career services, student organizations, and alumni

- Demonstrable ability to invest wisely and establish KPIs that demonstrate business contribution and a strong return on the investment of resources, as well as the opportunity to monitor, adjust and improve.

- Creativity and innovation, developing ideas and concepts to differentiate the brand and capture the attention of the target audience and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.

- Expertise in digital marketing channels (such as social media), content marketing and SEO. Understanding of the latest technologies and trends in digital marketing and ability to leverage them to drive growth and engagement.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate marketing strategies, vision, and goals to stakeholders across the organization.

- Strong analytical skills, experience using data and insights to understand effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

- Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
