- Employee Branding through linkedin, Glassdoor, socialmedia platform.

- Plan and manage all activities related to brand visibility, marketing communication and internal communication

- Create effective communication strategy and framework for Annalect India

- Design brand assets and collaterals (marketing materials, pitch decks, flyer, ebrochures)

- Closely collaborate with internal functions and global stakeholders to provide all communication and branding needs

- Engage with external stakeholders to ensure visibility and recognition of our brand including external forums, seminars, press, institutions, colleges

- Advise leadership on contemporary trends that will be relevant to Annalect India to help build, attract and engage our talent.

- Own all our Digital Touchpoints and social media (including LinkedIn, website, Twitter, Glassdoor) to ensure our brand is effectively represented and promoted

- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs using EDMs, social media platforms, paid digital campaigns

- Work with our global branding teams to ensure understanding and brand compliance of current and future campaigns and strategies

- Design and deploy internal communication including leadership messages, launch of programs and announcements

- A degree in Marketing/Management with 8 years or more of Marketing & Communications experience in a global environment, especially GCC or Consulting companies

- Solid business acumen to understand various stakeholder needs

- Strong content and design experience (Concept to activation)

- Tool expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (or Figma or similar), HubSpot (or Mailchimp or similar)

- Digital marketing experience (Social Media, Email, Intranet)

- Demonstrated a Data-driven approach to show effectiveness of initiatives

- Ability to drive conversations with internal stakeholders to find meaningful insights and opportunities for communication

- Experience working with various global teams in a remote environment

- Openness to learn and the ability to adapt to changing needs
