- The role is responsible for further enhancing organization employer brand in the academia and student community, thereby creating a deep rooted recall in amongst the future talents.
- Develop, steer and execute the campus strategy.
- Launch focused engagement initiatives target diverse sections of the student community
- Own and enhance the trainee schemes prevalent in the organization.
- Promote and implement a approach to the initiatives at the same time being alive to factor the divisional nuances
- Partner with the I&D lead to drive the I&D agenda.
- Actively contribute to driving Talent Acceleration and Culture agenda and goals.
- Anchor all external engagement surveys
